The Knowledge Base is a collaborative wiki for your team and projects. Create structured documentation with rich text, organize it into folders, and search across all pages.

Scoping

Knowledge bases can be scoped to:
  • Teams — accessible at /teams/:teamSlug/knowledge-base
  • Projects — accessible at /projects/:projectId/knowledge

Rich Text Editor

Pages use BlockNote — a block-based rich text editor supporting:
  • Headings, paragraphs, lists
  • Code blocks with syntax highlighting
  • Tables
  • Images and embeds
  • Drag-and-drop block reordering

Folder Organization

Organize pages into a hierarchical folder tree. Create, rename, move, and nest folders.

Page Versioning

Every save creates a version. Browse version history and restore previous versions of any page.

Page Linking

Link between KB pages to create a connected knowledge graph. Linked pages appear as clickable references.

Full-Text Search

Search across all KB pages and folders. Results are ranked by relevance with highlighting.
